Visiting Clergy
Rev. Lonnie Pittman serves as Senior Pastor of Buncombe Street Methodist Church in Greenville, SC. In July of 2025, he came to Buncombe Street from North Carolina, where he served Methodist churches for fifteen years. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, FL, and his seminary degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He met his future wife, Susannah, while attending seminary, and they have been married for nineteen years. Susannah is also a pastor and serves as the Presiding Elder of the Upstate District of the Global Methodist Church of South Carolina. Susannah and Lonnie have one son, Preston (15).
