Visiting Clergy
Rev. Kellan Day serves as Rector of St. James Episcopal Church in Greenville, South Carolina. Mother Kellan loves helping faith communities grow in Christ and grow in love. She is committed to the preaching of the Gospel and is an enthusiastic teacher of the Christian tradition. Prior to serving in Greenville, she was the Associate Rector at Church of the Incarnation in Highlands, North Carolina, where she oversaw Pastoral Care and Outreach. She attended The School of Theology at Sewanee where she earned her Master’s of Divinity. Mother Kellan regularly contributes to Sermons that Work, a ministry of the national Episcopal Church.
She is married to Kai Koopman, who is currently enrolled as a landscape architecture graduate student at Clemson University. They have a heeler-mix rescue named Tillie. They love rock climbing and hiking in upper South Carolina.
