Visiting Clergy
Rev. Dr. Stephen Clyborne retired in January 2023, after a distinguished ministry culminating with his service as Senior Pastor at Earle Street Baptist Church in Greenville, South Carolina since 2009. He came to Earle Street as Associate Pastor in January 2002. A Greenville native, he has served as associate pastor in several Greenville churches. After graduating from Furman University, Stephen received a Master of Divinity degree in 1988 and a Doctor of Ministry degree in 1996 from Erskine Theological Seminary where he has also served as an adjunct professor.
