The Rev. Lathrop H. Mosley

Visiting Clergy

The Rev. Lathrop H. Mosley began her ministry at St. James on July 1, 2021.

Lathrop was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. She received a B.A. in 1996 from Converse College, where she double-majored in Religion and Psychology. Before attending seminary, she spent most of her life working in higher education at Converse College and then at Wofford College. Her sponsoring parish is St. Christopher’s in Spartanburg. She moved to Sewanee, Tennessee, in August 2018 and began studies at the School of Theology at the University of the South. She graduated with her Master of Divinity in May 2021 and was ordained to the Transitional Diaconate at Trinity Cathedral in Columbia on June 9. 2021. She was ordained to the Priesthood on December 15, 2021 at St. James.
