The Rev. David Sems

 David Sems PhotoRev. David A. Sems has served as Pastoral Associate for Older Adults at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Greenville, SC since April 1, 2010.  He holds a degree (BSBA) from Dyke College in Ohio and seminary degree (M.Div.) from The North American Baptist Seminary in South Dakota. He pursued graduate studies at Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.  The majority of his pastoral ministry has been as a USAF Chaplain. He served in Arkansas, Japan, Texas, North Dakota, Korea, Washington DC, including one year at Arlington National Cemetery, Germany, and Illinois .

For seven years Dave served as a part-time pastor at Bethel UMC, Greenville, SC, and has done volunteer work at several local assisted living facilities.

Born and reared in Ohio, he worked in the secular business community before pursuing pastoral ministry.
